The fourth lecture will be delivered by Professor George Gazetas of the National Technical University at Athens during the 18th International Conference on Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (18ICSMGE) in Paris, France, September 2-5, 2013.
ISSGME Technical Committee on Earthquake Geotechnical Engineering and Associated Problems TC4 (now TC203), inaugurated a heritage lecture in the honor of Professor Kenji Ishihara, who is one of the pioneers of geotechnical earthquake engineering and his research work is acknowledged internationally.
